Adding authors to a blog
First, you must go to a blog page. You can go to your own blog, or to my blog, or really, whatever blog you want. This blog, the one you are on, will work. Look in the upper right hand corner; you will see a "sign in" link. Click on it.

That will take you to the login screen. Login with your email and password.

The next screen that comes up should be the blogger dashboard. You should see all of the blogs that you manage listed. Click on the "settings" of the blog you want to add authors to.

That will take you to a page that looks like the one below. Click on the "permissions" link.

You should see a screen like the one below. Click "Add Authors."

You should then see a space to type email addresses. Be sure to add the email of the person you want to add as an author, then click "Invite."

The person who has been added will need to check their email and follow any additional instructions there.
